Got two of these the non wifi version so unable to comment on Wifi. Its works fine otherwise. The only thing that should be improved is that the LCD screen remains on all the time. There is the option to dim it but for that one has to go into options so slightly cumbersome. There is no one switch on the screen that you press and then screen turns itself off. Apart from that works a treat.Been using one of them for 6 months now and no issue and now got a second one as a different screen gave up and so far it seems to be getting the job done. It also has the option to disable the floor sensor which was much needed as my floor sensor is gone and I do not want to dig up the tiles to fix it so I simply disable it and it operates on room temperature.

Why am I rating this so low, when normally I only give positive reviews. This products is flawed in the way it is design to install into a socket outlet.Please dont waste you money on itJoke that it only works at 2.5Ghz wifi!!In order to access the fixing plate, you must unscrew a smal holding screw at base of unit. The relase the front cover and exposes the circuit board and LCD screen,Problem is the screen is not fixed. it falls out!So i made all the necessary connections, and before mounting i checked the unit worked by replacing the LCD, then attaching the front cover. this is fine when laying flat. All working at this point.No comes the annoying bit. In oer to expose the fixing holes in back plate. I had to remove cover. then keep the LCD safe. Then unplug circuit board. This exposes fixing holes. Once fixed, the back plate is no longer horizontal, its vertical. Plugging the circuit board in is a fiddly job at best, once done I now need to hold the LCD up against the circuit board, and its back plate ( another loose piece pf plastic) in place and try to line up the front cover so that LCD lines up with cover window, and that the five push buttons line up with the contacts at bottom of circuit board. This is a nigh on impossible task in the fixed position. It took 4-5 attempts before i got things lined up. Then.......... the buttons wont work, so 5 more attempts at lining up. Still buttons wont work.Its working on auto, with default time settings. Got that at least, until I replace it with a better unit, as all this product is fit for is the BIN!!!

First off the connections on the back are small so if your flooring is on a ring you won’t get 2x2.5 in if there solid core, then it wouldn’t connect to wifi, back and forward with the seller who was great, they sent videos but I sussed it in the end I just had to remove the faceplate and put it back on and it started working, maybe a dodgy connection now I’m super happy with it

The media could not be loaded. This is without any doubt a very practical product considering the fact that it is very easy to use and also has good functionality because I can schedule when the floor heating should be activated or no and like this I can also say quite a lot of money on the heating bill.I cannot say to many things about the installation process because I asked a specialized person to do it but what I can say that after it was mounted on the wall, the commands in terms of buttons are responsive enough and after having a look at the user manual which was pretty handy in order to understand the functionalities, it took me roughly 1 hour to understand how it works and ever since I just did the settings one's and basically I don't have to do anything else just when I want to change the schedule.The product works as expected and I consider it to be very practical so for of all these reason I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The screw inside had damaged threads that meant it did not tighten.The wires touched and the thermostat blew.It was installed by a reputable electrical company only yesterday.As I purchased this over 30 days ago I cannot return and there is no ability to request a replacement.
