Pratique, coupe très bien, mais 4 étoiles car bois non traité, j'ai été obligé d'acheter une huile de protection du bois de qualité alimentaire.

Bellissimo da vedere e comodo da usare anche se di piccole dimensioni. Occhio alla mezzaluna in quanto i pomelli non sono fissi, bisogna prenderci la mano ma funziona a meraviglia.

We liked this chopper. The knife is sharp and the handles make chopping easier with their pivoted action. The handles are a kind of nylon material, which is good. However, they were on the small size for my hands, but perfect for my wife. The board is strong but needs some feet to stop it from slipping on solid smooth surfaces such as granite of marble or synthetic stone.

I love using fresh herbs in my cooking and this has made the preparation of the chopped herbs so simple. I've found using a good knife is fine, but slow and a little messy if you're just a ordinary home cook.Machine solutions always seem to either over- or under-chop (and need a proper clean after use), but this cute little combo works really well. The scooped board keeps everything together, as well as helps make the chopping action smooth with the blade. I can get the exact level of fine-ness in each herb I use.Most importantly, this isn't tucked away at the back of the cupboard seeing very little use, it's used several times a week so it's on a quick-to-access shelf and I love having it nearby all the time.
