Kinderglo Portable Fun and Safe Rechargeable Night Light, Angel (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

My 4-year old daughter does not like to sleep in her own bedroom by herself because she is afraid of the dark. This little angel light has been the perfect thing to quash her fear of the dark. It sits on it's little blue cradle and emits a small light so she can see where the angel is on her nightstand even in the dark. As soon as she picks it up, it lights up. The light is a soft glow, but it is enough for her to see around her immediate area (and enough to scare away shadows and monsters). The light has a few different settings for colors, I believe they are blue, green, red and rainbow (changing colors). She even uses it to walk herself to the bathroom at night. I have owned this product for over one year and it still works great and is a very important part of my daughter's nighttime regime. I have owned similar nightlights, but in my opinion, this one is the best. If you're in a similar situation with your child, I could not recommend it more.

I buy one of these for every baby shower and this was my 5th purchase from kinderglo. We love it. I had a problem with my first one where it stopped working only after 7 months of use. I reached out to kinderglo and the president of the company immediately contacted me and tried to resolve the issue by resetting but when that didn't work he promptly sent me a replacement for no charge. So not only is the product wonderful, the customer service is great too and it's nice to have a company stand behind their product.

I got this for my girls because they began to be afraid of the dark around age 3 and 4. After charging this light it goes for 20 min before cutting off and it lasts for a couple of weeks with no recharging. The girls can also can hold it with them in their bed and push the button to pick a certain color or let the colors rotate. We bought this about 3 years ago and it is still going strong. Highly recommend this for children afraid of the dark. I told my kids that they have an angel watching over them at night now and that seemed to make them like it even more.

This is fantastic! You can set it to change colors, or stay one color. It can glow all night or for 30 minutes and then shut off. The face is very cute. Our 29 month old loved it and it is helping her stay in her big girl bed at night since her 'angel is watching over her'. The only thing is that you have to charge it all day if you are going to use it all night. No big deal. My little one loves putting her on the base to give her 'energy' for the day.

This is a fantastic nightlight, my little girl loves it except it's too tempting for them to pick up and carry around/take to bed or whatever. Our first one broke within a few months- but I was able to exchange it from Amazon and since then I don't let the kids touch it! It broke when the kids were carrying it and hugging it- but they were never rough with it. Touchy - buy it, and then keep it out of reach even though it's portable!

these nightlights have been a lifesaver for my daughter. she is deathly afraid of the dark, and being able to have a nightlight in her bed that stays charged and is safe is amazing.this works like a cordless phone. charge it on its base and then carry it everywheremy only complaint if that the last one that we had the button got stuck pushed in and we had to purchase an additional one. never fear, I have a backup one in case such a thing happens so luckily she was never without.UPDATE: well the button got stuck in on the new one too, only a matter of days before it is dead :( looks like I"m buying another one... fingers crossed**additional update** i purchased yet another one, and after a while this product fell off of my daughter's bed and onto the wood floor and just like all of the others we have purchased the button underneath caved in a bit. For now the button it is still reachable and working, hopefully it lasts me the year. The internal mechanism always seems to shift just a bit so that the product cannot be effectively be turned on for all night use. I really wish there was a way to address that!I have now owned 1 elephant, 1 angel and 2 bears (one still in box ready and waiting)I must say though that I love these enough to continue to replace them. oddly enough this seems to be one of the only things that roll off of her bed in the night

I bought this as a gift for my cousin's new baby. My son has one, (the elephant) and loved it. It's perfect for when the power goes out and he needs something to keep his room lit to go to sleep. I also take it with me on vacations just in case there isn't sufficient light for sleeping kids. It works on the base or off the base. It can flash through the colors or it can stay on one specific color.

Very sad this quit after a week. It was my daughters new favorite bedtime buddy. Very sad little girl when her angel wouldn't light up. (Yes it was charged. It had been on the charger all day.) I went back to the instructions, there is a tiny reset button you an push. Pushed it and it works! She was so happy to have her angel back!!

I really loved this lamp but the open/close buton break only after one fall on the ground (in the same week of purchase)!!! The company have an excellent customer service but I chose to return and get another company lamp.Wish it was more durable because all the feature are awesome on this lamp.

It stopped working. While this happened with the owl we purchased as well, for some reason we can't get the Angel to reset. It seems like the connections to the charger are loose and it didn't charge properly and perhaps now doesn't have enough juice to reset. We tried it on the owl charger too, and still no good. Very disappointed... only lasted for a couple of weeks.

really lovely nightlight. the soft glow is perfect for a nursery, and the colour changes. a little expensive but extremely durable should kids want to carry it.

Design is good. but does not even lit up a small room. Did not bother to return. So keeping it hoping that i can use it sometime.

I purchased two, my girls loved them. They are a nice size and super cute. One is working perfectly, in the other the green light just stopped working for no apparent reason :/ I'll be contacting amazon to see what can be done. Otherwise I really like them (they are a lot brighter than you would expect) and would consider purchasing this product again.
