Very sturdy, easy to assemble, good range of adjustment from flat to almost vertical for shoulder press etcAt the price I was a bit sceptical but after reading the other reviews I went for it and I'm very pleased, it feels like it would be good value at twice the price.

i bought this for my husband，price is ok，but qulity is poor。 as he feel not safe as it is not sturdy and rubber feet is not balance well。partially rusted。he really don't like it and he say to me waste money。so i decide to return the item。
