First and foremost, my glue gun arrived on time and appeared to be in new condition. All 60 glue sticks were included along with a little booklet of information for the glue gun. Upon initial inspection, there is no visible to the cord or any parts of the gun. It heated up very quickly and is really lightweight.So from a suggestions point-of-view, I would definitely say that this hot glue gun is ONLY good for SMALL projects. Not that I was expecting it to be used for larger things, BUT, just in case someone was wondering, it does go through the sticks pretty fast if the project being worked requires a lot of glue.Although I love it for the immediate needs I have a the moment, I am only giving it 3 stars because it does not let a continuous line of glue flow out. The only time I can get a continuous line (no breaks while going down a piece of cardstock for example) is if I am pushing another glue stick onto the one already in use. Even when there is a full , new stick being used, it does not let a continuous stream. For some projects that will be an issue. For example, I was practicing writing out small letters with the gun, but due to the lack of continuous stream, the letters were choppy or messed up all together. Mind you, this is while holding the trigger down or even constantly pressing the trigger in a steady like beat to get a line or something. So, I will probably end up using this only for projects that require a dot for glueing versus something like a line. I hope this made sense. Also, an additional note, still have the issue with the stream even after it has been on for a while (20 minutes or more). It heats up very quickly so I do not think heat is an issue in this case.Otherwise, good product. I do not regret my purchase.

Update (12/2018)The level of customer service I received from this company instantly improved it by a star. Not only did I get a full refund, but I was also sent a replacement to give it a second chance. I received the glue gun and used it this weekend for quite a few minor projects. It worked fantastic, just like the first one. I will use it periodically over the next few months to determine if it is going to be better than the first one I bought.Original Review (11/2018)I’ve used this a total of 4 times since I purchased in Sept 2018. 2 have been major projects and the other 2 minor. Up until today it was an amazing project. Very lightweight and heat up fast and finding the same size gluesticks was convenient. However, I went to use it for the 5th time and it completely stopped working. It does not heat up at all. Very disappointed that it didnt even last 2 months. Would not repurchase.

I have another glue gun, but ordered this one because it has a nice small nozzle for those "little" jobs, and it was very inexpensive. I really like the fact that it has an ON/OFF switch (my larger glue gun doesn't). It loads easily and reloading "on the go" works smoothly. The only thing I don't like is the metal "stand". It is not tall enough and barely holds the nozzle off the work surface, and it gets stuck on the trigger if you flip it back while you are using the gun. The placement of the cord makes the whole metal stand pretty useless, so I find myself just laying it down on it's side between uses. The stand and cord placement is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. The glue gun itself works fantastically for those tight spaces.

This is a great low cost MINI hot glue gun. Mine heats up ready in about 30 to 40 seconds. It looks exactly like it's picture. It is built as durable as any low cost mini hot glue gun that I have ever owned. I am satisfied with this purchase. This is a great value.

This glue gun is lightweight & very easy to use. I love the size as it makes for easy use & for storing. It comes with enough glue sticks to last me a lifetime. Just plug it in, turn it on, let it heat up for a few seconds & then you're good to go. I've not had any problems at all with maintaining a good long stream of glue. No problems with getting blobs of glue either. It works perfectly for all my craft projects. Even glued pieces of cardboard together for my grandkids that wanted to make cardboard play houses.

This works really well for craft projects. The metal kickstand is nice in comparison to the plastic stand that comes on most brands. It also has a decent length cord. The power button is also really great!My last hot glue gun got that burnt black color on the tip very quickly, I tossed it for fear of catching my house on fire. I have used this about 40 times already on various projects and Christmas crafts and have not seen any issues.I have also not had any issues with excessive glue leaking out.

What a pleasant surprise. I have never used any hot Glue gun before, so I was not sure if this is something I wanted, however after watching a lot of videos on the use of the gun I decided to get my own. I didn't wanted something expensive because I will only be using it occasionally so I decided to go with this one because the next cheaper one was only cheaper by few cents and only had 25 glue sticks. So, I got this product and been using it already, I cannot be happier, For me it does the job and so far I donot have any issue with this product.

Excellent glue gun and glue sticks. Works exactly as advertised. The gun is well built and durable. Gun heats up quickly in about 5 minutes. The included 60 glue sticks are a very nice bonus and they are clear high quality type. I've used this glue gun on several projects and it works perfectly. The glue bonds very strong. This glue gun is now one of my most useful tool in my repair kit. Overall, i'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this glue gun to my friends and family.
