i had a issue with my hearing aids but their customer service helped me out with good response.

A little disappointed cus I thought I was getting one for each ear . Yah get one. When I’m having a hard time hearing I put it on and it helps however a pair.of quality hearing aides are next on my wish list.

After declining the offer by MiracleEar to spend $7,000 on a set of hearing aids, I bought a similar set at Costco for $1400. They worked great. Then I lost one! I salvaged an older model that had been used by my elderly mother, and used it for several months. It constantly screeched at me, irritating everyone around me. I did my due-diligence, and researched other affordable hearing enhancement devices. I found good reviews on this model, and decided to try it out. With a 45-day return period, there was nothing to lose. After a speedy delivery, I was delighted with the performance of this unit! The range of volume control seems endless, and I can hear whispers from across the room if I choose. I am thrilled to have a rechargeable function, saving me about 6 batteries per month! The only downside is that the unit is about half-again larger than my Costco unit, but my ear is now accustomed to it after a couple of days. The design eliminates the irritating feedback. But the most unexpected value is the quality of the customer service people, who are most anxious to be of assistance and have a great attitude. I feel confident that any problems I might have will be handled with due consideration. In short, I agree with all the other product ratings, and have already recommended these to my friends.

I have tried many hearing aids in the last 6 years including some that cost thousands of dollars.I wound up getting a cochlear implant in my left ear.I also started to lose hearing in my right ear about 4 years ago and again tried many hearing aids that failed.I bought the Banglijian Hearin Aid 4 months ago and am very happy with the way it works.Customer service cannot be beat as well.Last week the unit stopped working probably due to moisture from perspiring while playing golf in hot weather.They sent me a new one in 2 days, no questions asked.I recommend this device to anyone with hearing loss.Give it a try.

I purchased this hearing aid not quite sure what to expect due to its low price. After wearing it for several days in different environments I now have my hearing back to almost perfectly normal.The numerous ear domes, the packaging, and the very small size (which hides well behind my ear) make me believe that I have made a good choice without spending thousands o $s. I like the rechargeable battery feature which means I do not have to be buying batteries every few weeks. The charge lasts well over 12 hours.I have had the aid for only 1 week so time will tell if the value and quality will continue to last.

After using my medicare supplimental insurance to get quality hearing aids at no charge...my brand new puppy proceeded to get ahold of both and ruin them...I was told they retailed for around 4-thousand dollars for the pair. Having no recourse but to shop for over-the-counter aids...it was a lot of hits and misses. FINALLY...finally I purchased a pair of Banglijian behind-the-ear hearing aids. I am an extremely happy camper! They performed every bit as good as the doctor-approved aids that were destroyed by my junior K-nine. For onIy 300 dollars out-of-pocket, I cannot hear a difference. Going to the eye doctor as my beloved mutt has now destroyed my new glasses.

This is not my first try for hearing. It is the first one I like & use. You do have to adjust it right. At first, I heard all the rushing wind sound reported, but I read how to adjust and for me I adjusted it for the least treble and the lowest volumn. No more wind noise and plenty for amplification for me. I turned the tv down several notches' and I actually hear voices better and understand more of what is said.
