I originally recieved a defective controller but the seller contacted me right away and replaced it free of charge which is awesome.-CoolingThe controller really cools. Using an Asus Rog 3 to play with max graphical settings, it really helps to have something to cool the phone. The Asus comes with it's own aero 3 cooler but this one has helped far better with temperatures. The fan is surprisingly quiet, my defective version had a really loud and obnoxious fan, which allows the metal pad in the middle to get pretty cold.-TriggersI have not used the triggers too much yet so I will update once I do.-ComfortMy phone is really big so it is slightly uncomfortable for me. Still, smaller phones would fair better.Several factors to take into consideration:-Curved back on phoneTough luck if your phone had a curved back as it won't make much contact. That being said, not much, if anything, out there that will.-Big phonesRog 3 is a really big thing so it's slightly uncomfortable but smaller phones should fair much better.-No batteryThe controller must be connected to function. I recommended a portable battery if you want to take this on the go.-Metal surfaceThe cooling surface is hard so it might scratch your phone. I put a silica pad on it to better help the phone stick and minimize any scratching as you can see in the second picture.-Power buttonThe top gripping point pushed power buttons that are in the middle of the side of phone. I recommend cutting the big orange pad and rearranging it to not press down on the power button. The first picture shows me having removed the bottom two orange pads and out them on top to not press the power button.Overall, happy with the purchase, just wish it had its own battery.

The controller lasted about a year before one of the trigger springs finally broke. As you can see in the picture, the legs of the spring on the far right broke off, causing the trigger arm to rest on the phone. It's unfortunate because otherwise, this is a pretty decent controller if it weren't for the flimsy springs.Just so you know, the spring and trigger arms are removable and can be slightly adjusted once removed. You just need to be sure not to permanently bend the spring in a bad way that will cause stress wear. This however is not from stress wear, never needed to adjust like what others are saying they need to do. This just happened out of the blueThe cooling fan worked very well except for some phones, the camera hits the pad and then there's a huge gap between phone and cooling pad. What I ended up doing was taping a heat sink pad to close off the gap and to make sure that it was the major part the phone was resting on. This helped a lot with cooling as the heat sink is fairly effective, especially in a cool room, you can feel the heat sink surface will feel like ice.I'll try to reach out to them to see if they can send replacement springs or something
