My wife and I drink Fulhum everyday. I am in my 60s and my wife is in her early 50s. Since drinking fulhum we both feel like we have more energy and just feel all around healthier. Appearance:Looks like food coloring when emptying a packet into a half gallon water jug. And then it looks like dark brown tea.Taste:I mix with reverse osmosis water. RO water tastes like nothing to begin with. After it is mixed, there really isn't much of a taste added. When I look at the dark brown water I am about to drink, mentally I am thinking it wont taste good. But after you get over that, it kind of tastes "alkaline". Although, I can't verify any of the claims this product has. Also, I noticed a bad review saying "it tastes gritty", maybe if they drank it straight from the pouch. When completely mixed in a half gallon jug, there is no gritty taste; just the taste of whatever you started with.Uses:I have brought it to the gym and it seems to do okay. Not sure if it works any better than my RO water. RO water eliminates majority of minerals , which is why I am giving this product a try. We'll see how it works out after I run out.

I really enjoy drinking this supplement. It behaves in a manner similar to Gatorade - it seems to satisfy your thirst more than fill up your stomach. I have consumed about half the packages so far, and I really like it.

I enjoy this product I drink at least one bottle almost everyday . Five thumbs up.
