I love it!
My State doesn't have front license plates but my car had a spot for one. So I bought this thinking for the price is would not hold up long. But I thought it would be fun to try it. The sun is blazing hot here and everything is pretty far away. So lots of driving, lots of bugs and the sun baking them on. I run the car through the no touch car wash and the plate comes clean and it looks as good as new and I've had it for around 6 or 7 months now.

It’s not embossed but looks decent
This is pretty much what I expected. I paid a little extra to get the thicker substrate. It looks like a real plate except no raised lettering, and I don’t think it’s reflective.

Aluminum not cheap plastic.
Price, aluminum construction. Used it on a rear cargo carrier to backup real plate in case I was stopped for a partially obstructed plate. Made in America.
