Q: I am clarifying it works with T-Mobile service?

I use FamilyMobile from WalMart on my WP-17. FamilyMobile uses T-Mobile's network. Mostly works, but I don't receive all of the text messages sent to me -- either personal or business. Conceivably the incompatibility is with my messaging app, Signal.

Q: Will this phone work with cricket wireless? it is a at&t cell towers.

It will not I was with cricket for 9 years and had to switch over to T-Mobile because I purchased the wp 10 the first time I even checked with Cricket before I purchased it and they said it would work. It worked for about an hour and then it wouldn't anymore took it down to the local store and they said it couldn't be hooked up so I switched to T-Mobile and haven't had a problem since now I have the wp 17 and I love it also have the ulefone armor 10 5G

Q: Does it have a 3.5mm earphone jack?

Mine does. And a thick rubbery cover for the earphone jack and charging port.
