Philadelphia CandiesDark Chocolate Covered OREO® Cookies, Easter Egg Assortment 8 Ounce

I have always been a peppermint girl. Since my girlscout days thin mints were my favorite; then they took the mint filling out and flavored the chocolate coating and/or cookie. Not the same. I found oreo mint cookies covered in chocolate. They were really good, but expensive, so I only splurged occasionally. Then those were not available any more. Luckily I found Philadelphia Candies on Amazon. I have wanted them for awhile but held off because these are also spendy. Well, I took the plunge and they are worth every penny. They come in this gold box and when you open it, these cookies are beautiful. The chocolate coasting has been done nicely and it is thick enough to feel like candy. The peppermint filing is creamy and thick, with a good amount of peppermint flavor. I would prefer the peppermint a little stronger. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy again.

These don’t come melted anymore. Check out the packaging. You can’t beat the taste of these cookies. Rather expensive or I would purchase them more often.

Arrived in good shape. Nice presentation; cookies are arranged in tray, molded to hold them individually. It kept the cookies intact. But packaging like that limits the number of cookies too, which is a downside.Taste was very good, but not out-of-body experience good.My hope was that these would be a better, more upscale version of Mystic Mints (similar commercial cookie, addictive. Used to be found in grocery stores). The chocolate coating is definitely thicker than that of Mystic Mints. The mint filling is softer and not as plentiful, nor as minty. Overall very good. For me, much better at room temperature, such that the chocolate melts a bit on your fingers as you hold one.

If you have trouble biting through thick chocolate, you're going to have a tough time with this one. Granted, they are delicious.Don't freeze them, unless you plan on defrosting them before eating them. There is a thick top layer of chocolate.

I ordered the Turkey ones for Thanksgiving. I was very disappointed when they arrived and Turkeys on the cookies were not as pictured and much much smaller.

not worth the money !!

I was happy with this treat. At first $25 for 8 cookies seems like a lot, but they go a long way. Each cookie is a full dessert by itself - they're very filling. They're also really good at completely satisfying any chocolate craving you may have.The Oreos stay nice and crunchy too.

I was browsing Amazon.ca for something else, when I saw this product pop up. Hmm, I said, its worth a try. On a whim, I ordered them, and they arrived two days later. Within fifteen minutes five people had consumed the box and wanted more. Super-yummy - well worth the price.

These were delicious. I really enjoyed these cookies but they were a little pricey for the volume. so I am giving them a 5 stars for taste only.
