THIS is amazing! it glides smoothly and heats perfectly. i LOVE that is is cordless! it held the heat very well and stayed charged for the entire time i needed it to. i have no idea how long the charge lasts but it is perfect. i love to travel and sometimes the outlets are not in a good light/mirror location so this will work no matter where i need. i had ordered another more expensive one but it was SO HEAVY to use and added weight to luggage! opposite to what i needed. this is very light weight. plus i can use it for touch ups in the car for meeting guests. Rain takes all the curl out of my hair so on wet days i will have this! just love it!!!

I purchased this item based on a ad I saw on Facebook. I was very disappointed in this product. I charged it and turned it on and heated it up. But...... it never got hot enough to curl! It might be defective but I can't recommend it to my friends. Bad investment!

I keep this in the console of my vehicle for times when I need to freshen my curls but don't have time to run home. Works as good as a traditional plug in curling iron.

Not hot enough, ran out of charge within minutes and Feels like is splitting the hair

I bought this to take with me to Europe so I wouldn’t have to pack a heavy step-up voltage converter for my existing hair straightener. I did charge it the required three hours before the first use. The hair straightener does not feel hot at all despite having it at the 400 degree setting. It also feels rough on my hair and the gap between the two plates is too wide so it doesn’t grip my hair well while straightening. I will keep it because it’s better than nothing on my trip but definitely will not use for everyday.
