Let me start by saying, I love these sandals to death! I have owned many different types, including Rainbow brand flip flops, and nothing compares. My first pair, I found in a store in Kauai while on vacation. Even after returning home, I didn’t take them off and have continued to replace pairs of them ever since. They are super comfortable. My first pair lasted about a year before wearing completely through, and I purchased a second set immediately! They stay on your feet very well when you walk and don’t have the uncomfortable thong that other flip flops have. The bumps on the shoe might seem uncomfortable initially but they actually just add additional support. I’ve dealt with plantar fasciitis and I haven’t had any foot pain since switching to these sandals.The only cons: they don’t have any good grip so there is a risk for slipping. If they get wet, they don’t fall apart but they will squish until the water dries completely. Finally, there are a lot of alternate brands like these and it’s important to purchase the right one as previous pairs that mimic this sandal run small and can be very uncomfortable. Just make sure you buy the right ones and these are them!!

I have literally lived in these sandals since I bought them. They are so, so comfortable and really cute. I wear a women's US size 6 in most shoes and these fit exactly as expected. The rubber material and texture on the soles is so comfortable to walk on. I was nervous that the textured bumps would be uncomfortable or feel weird on the bottoms of my feet but that isn't the case at all. I was also worried that these would be hard to walk in because I've never owned sandals that didn't go in-between the toes, but they're really not that bad. They do slip off kind of easy if your walking fast, but for regular wear they are perfect. They are also water proof, but when I wore them as water shoes for walking waist deep in water, the next day they sounded as if water was trapped inside them? It's hard to describe but like every time I took a step I could kind of hear the water/air being pressed out of them. It stopped after I put them out in the sun to dry all day, but that does happen. The best part for me though was the turtles on the bottom. I think its so cute walking though water or sand and seeing little turtle prints lol. Overall, these are my favorite pair of shoes and I would definitely order them again, every time, forever.

Originally purchased these reef shoes from a shop on Maui, which burned in Lahaina fires. Wore them out to the point there were holes in soles. Granted, I paid much less at the time but shipping from Hawaii has tripled since last visit. These Surfware shoes are identical to my original and with Prime free shipping, cost was about the same. Happy customer!

They are all rubber. I wear a size 9.5 or 10 shoe. Reading the reviews, I ordered an 11 sandal. This is very close to being to small. I kept it but If I had ordered the 10 it would be going back. Order a whole size larger.Comfortable. I have very sensitive feet and worried that the "nubbins" would bother them. No, it actually feels good.I've worn these throughout the house and they are solid, secure, do not slip on tile or wood floors and do not gather static electricity on carpet.I'm happy with them.

I had these before and they wear great. I ordered a size larger but I guess I didn't need to. They fit ok for walking, but I wouldn't try to run with them. They would slip off because I bought 1 size larger as suggested. You don't have to go larger.

I bought these sandals when vacationing in Hawaii, they lasted me for 5 years. (not daily use of course) Purchased these and fit just as good as my original ones, so can keep my Hawaii memories going.
