Classic, as did in the title
Not my favourite flavour for ramen, but definitely true to its title : the classic broth, well done, not too sweet, not too salty.A tonkotsu or salt ramen will definitely taste better, but I feel you get the advertised product.

I simply add broccoli and spring onion and get the itsu beef dumplings.

Excellent stuff.
I have made umpteen vegetarian ramen dishes with noodles and mushrooms, and it tastes absolutely delicious. It is a little pricey, so I may try making my own soon. Once opened, it should apparently be consumed within three days, but it was so delicious that I had no problem with that.
