For fun and price it works well
No real depth perception or peripheral so cannot walk without a clear field in front of you. Need to keep looking down where you are stepping. Maybe just need ot get more acclimated over time and use? I cannot see using these for hunting but probably better to have a night vision scope instead. Everyone enjoys the novelty on this and for the price it is a lot of fun.

You need to spend a lot more for night vision that works well.
The technology has yet to become affordable. If you get what you pay for you don't get much for almost 400$. You will not be able to hunt with these. At a distance this product is useless. You cannot aim a rifle while wearing these. If you want night vision for your dark closet maybe these are for you. But pretty much worthless otherwise.

Cheap - Returned the next day - I could see better in the dark with my own eyes
Cheap - Returned the next day - I could see better in the dark with my own eyes. Very disappointing.

Real NVGs do not cost less than 1,500. For a fixer.
What does one expect at this price? Special Operations grade? Desert Storm grade? They are more suitable for... a laugh. Let's face facts. You cannot get Niemann Marcus at Walmart prices. Still, they are fun. Especially since you will have ZERO depth perception. Makes stairs pretty freaking entertaining.
