it works fine. I really liked the cover it came with
The metal pieces would not fit together per the instructions provided. Luckily, the handyman was handy and used a hacksaw to cut the offending piece off to make it work. If it weren't for his ingenuity , I'd have been stuck with a metal box spring and the hassle to return it, without support for my new mattress. Now that it is tigether, it works fine. I really liked the cover it came with. Washed up very well and fit snugly without shrinking.

I'm glad I did
I almost didn't purchase this because of the mixed reviews. Well...I'm glad I did. It is exactly what I needed and expected. I purchased the queen size and it matches my bed frame and mattress perfectly. It arrived in a large box (not too big to move by myself, but others may need help moving it) that I easily carried upstairs to my apartment. I laid the items out. They pieces weren't labeled, so I had to match the pictures to the part which was a little annoying. However, once I had parts sorted and laid out (I used my living floor and laid everything out in location and order of assembly...this took up a lot of space) it was very easy to assemble. There were a few extra nuts/bolts and I'm still hoping that was by design. It was easy to move once assembled. Very firm and stable. No complaints about the quality, assembly or value.

I bought this for my Granddaughter's bed, (19 years old), and when I told her Amazon was asking for a review, she said "I LOVE it!"

Quality Product at a Great Price!!
Easy assembly, sturdy materials. The only thing keeping me from rating this product 5 stars is the fact that one of the crossbars was about a half an inch too long and needed to be cut with a hack saw to shorten (thank goodness I had a handyman available or I would not have been able to complete the assembly by myself)...Not sure why this is, but a previous reviewer stated they had the same issue.Overall, quality product at a great price!!

Wrong parts, no holes to secure the frame
I received this item yesterday, after an hour trying to put it together i noticed that some parts had errors ( no holes on bars/ wrong manufactured parts)Waste of time and money

Queen box frame
Fit was perfect, putting it together was easy! Makes the mattress feel firmer and more solid than a wooden frame does.

Easy set up
Easy to assemble and sturdy so far, though it does squeak occasionally. It's minor and infrequent so not a deal breaker.

Hard, lumpy mattress. Had to buy a pillowtop for it.
