it is not working
i am not satisfied at all with this product , i am taking two tablets not only one and can't make me sleep, my old medicine with 20MG was much much effective, i don't recommend at all

Great option if you have trouble sleeping
Worked great for me. I did not wake up feeling groggy. I usually wake up multiple times a night and I was able to sleep through the entire night. I recommend this product!

Don't recommend
These say there 20mg each but I've had 10mg of another brand that work a lot better , Very disappointedAnd they taste terrible !!

Not impressed!
Not as effective as my lower dose Melatonin, in fact it was very ineffictive. Also the tablets would NOT dissolve when placed under the tongue as recommended. Even after 5 minutes. Ended up chewing the tablets... Not the best taste either. Your mileage may vary but I won't use them again.

Effective Sleep Helper!
This product is excellent in helping me sleep soundly, more effective than the cumbersome C-Pap machine I no longer use. Helps me to have a restful sleep. Good price and very fast delivery as well. Excellent seller

Waste of money
They don’t work. They don’t dissolve (if you leave it under your tongue, you’ll get tired of waiting for it to dissolve & most likely fall asleep after a few hours of waiting…maybe it’s like “counting sheep” method).
