"Sleep headphones"? No they are not. Not for sleeping with. This is a sports headband
It's a headband with earphones in. If you want to bounce around and your headphones keep falling out of your ears or off your head - fair enough. Too quiet. I wanted a sleep band - this is a HEADBAND. I should have read the description before clicking but the description is a bit misleading. There are bluetooth enabled sleeping masks available - this is NOT a "Sleep" headphones product. An update: The company behind this has sent me many emails asking me to delete my review and then they will send me a 'gift' in return. So make of that what you will. These headphones are not sleeping headphones as described. There are good Bluetooth sleeping masks for sale but these are headbands that have a control jutting out on the front and they don't slip over your eyes just your forehead. If you want they can be used as a working out headband. The company behind this product have sent me many emails asking me to delete this review. They keep offering me money, up to $50 if I delete my review. I bought this because of the great reviews. So it's not a sleep mask with headphone it is a tight headband for exercise with sound built in. If that's what you want, fair enough. But I'm not going to delete my honest review for money. But isn't that the point of genuine reviews? This product is ok. But it's not as described. It's a Bluetooth HEADBAND. Useless for sleeping in my opinion.

Perfect headphones for use while sleeping
For reference, I'm a 6"2 male and I find the headband is perfectly comfortable and not too tight or loose. (If it was too tight, one could always cut it at the back and add a velcro adjuster.)I chose this model as I wanted something that I could use while watching TV, or walk around the house, and also use at night with the option to cover my eyes. The sound is fine, and what I expected from a device like this. It's more than good enough for listening to audiobooks at night or watching a bit of late-night Netflix on your tablet. Anyone that complains that the sound is poor is missing the point of this device. There doesn't seem to be much if any sound leakage so using it in company should be ok.Bluetooth pairing was easy with both my tablet and phone (IOS and Android). The headband controls are easy to use, although the volume buttons do sometimes respond a little erratically. It's fine and doesn't bother me. You can always use the volume buttons on your tablet/phone as well.I can't comment on durability or battery life yet as I've only had it a few days. However, so far it's performed exactly as I hoped. Given the price and the compromises made to allow use while sleeping, I think this is a great product.Update: June 2020.After 6 months of use, the headphones are still working fine. Battery life is plenty for a full night - I've never run out of power yet.I really do like these headphones for use when sleeping, and I use them every night. However, I have to admit that it is a bit annoying that, on some mp3 tracks, I can't turn the volume as low as I'd like to. The volume decreases to a certain level and the next level is completely silent. It feels like there's a 'gap' in the volume range. It's a nuisance but can be bypassed by moving the earpieces so they're not completely over each ear, thereby reducing the volume a bit more.

Useful, slightly uncomfortable.
Snoring is a problem. I’ve been hunting for a solution that doesn’t involve a pillow to the face until the breathing stops. There’s a box of 50 orange earplugs for like £8 or something that I’ve been pairing this with.Put the earplugs in, then put this over your head. Stick some white noise on, crank the volume all the way up, and while you can hear the white noise at a comfortably quiet volume, you can’t hear *anything* else. Peace at last.Skip forward/back are placed just so as to be inconveniently pressed if you’re a side-sleeping pillow cuddler. Further, the speakers, while very thin and comfortable when sat up/on back, are a bit hard when you’re on your side. I expect some sort of cushioning (I plan to steal the misses’ bra inserts to try this out) might easily sort this.Sound quality is better than Bose Quietcomforts.Wait, no. Sound quality is obviously terrible because this is £18 and thin speakers are a marketed feature on here. Ideal for silent raves, these ain’t. Use them for what they’re supposed to be - blocking out annoying noises.

Like wearing panties on your head!
Im a slim 5'4" woman and for me it's a little loose so I'll have to sew it tighter. It's not too bad as a headband but very loose when you try and cover your eyes with it. It's pretty comfortable when lying on your side, and much better than standard earphones but not absolutely perfect - being loose it moves around and irritates so I'm hoping sewing it will help. Also it does feel like you're wearing a pair of pants on your head as the material is a little silky 🤣The sound quality so far is very good though I can still hear the husband's incessant snoring and the battery seems good so far too.

Shift Worker Reviewed
Bought this to replace a wired set of headphones. As someone who works shifts and has weird sleeping patterns I often find it hard to sleep. Listening to a podcast however sends me off within 20mins usually. But with my previous set I'd often wake up because the wire was caught around my neck. So it was somewhat of a revelation to try these last night and be able to comfortably wear these all night and actually have a full night.Sound quality was great. Could turn it up loud and the wife couldn't hear it. It even drowned out her snoring!Very pleased with the purchase.
