I bought it to complete my suitcase collection in a larger size. Sadly it arrived with a tear on the bottom near one of the wheels and I didn’t notice it until after I opened it to check the inside and the tear only became apparent as I was zipping it up again. I wondered if it was really new as the wheels look worn and it has only been inside my house on a carpeted surface. I wouldn’t normally check the base.

This is a great case, fits lots and I love that it has a side you can zip up. The side that zips up zip broke on the second use you can still use it but it's not as easy so star removed. It's very easy to overpack it if you only have a 20kg luggage allowance so make sure you weigh your luggage before you travel

Very pleased with this case. I bought it for my son who is going on holiday and I am that impressed with it that i may look into buying the set if there is one.

A nice lightweight hard shell case, however the 20cm dimension actually measures nearly 25cm. Because of it being a hard shell it can't really be squeezed down to 20cm, so I just hope that I don't have to pay excess.

Just used my new case & it was perfect,the bright colour was easy to spot at the airport,definitely recommend it

Very lightweight & manoeuvrable considering the generous capacity of this suitcase.The one drawback - which is disappointing - is the 'lock' is not user friendly.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter who loved it. Care needs taking when raising and closing the handle though.

Great little suitcase for weekends away! Solid case, good wheels, easy to pull along.
