This stuff is great for hair, skin, and nails. My only issue is the texture. It's not so much like a gummy (you imagine kind of chewy and squishy, not too tough) but these are just... strange. They're dry on the outside and almost dissolve when you bite into them. They taste more sugary than anything. I'll buy them again, but hopefully a new formula comes out for better texture!

few things, these gummies are 5k mcg each, not 10k mcg, meaning you have to take two a day to get the dosage you desired. this has had no noticeable effect on my hair or nails and i'm a die hard biotin fan. in fact, since taking these all my nails have broken and starting peeling again. the only change i made was the brand of biotin i'm using. the taste is not like other gummies either, these are very melty. the vitafusion gummies are much more gummy like. i wont be buying again and will go back to the vitafusion biotin.

Description said 10,000mcg and nowhere did it say that you had to take 2 gummies so there are only 50 doses in this bottle. Very misleading!!
