This tastes nothing, I repeat nothing, like Sencha. Tastes like an average quality green tea. My bad, I went in for an untested, un-reviewed product.

The subtle vegetal taste with slightly bitter notes is quite refreshing. The trick is to add water below the boiling point approximately at 90-95°C.
