My arm rest broke from the base about a year ...
My arm rest broke from the base about a year after I bought it making it so I could no longer rest my back on it. Also the arm rest cushions went flat after about 5 months.

Desk chair
This is a Nice chair but just a little high the low is not quite low enough and the high adjustment is really high other wise very nice easy to put together

Great chair, but it is too high for me
I just bought this chair for my hsuband. He assembled it, which was easy. The chair looks great and it is very comfortable. The only downside is that it is higher than he would like even at it's lowest position. The gas lift cylinder is a standard height, but the base height is high and mechanism height (the part between the gas lift cylinder and the chair bottom) is high so the seat is higher than his old chair. The lowest height of the seat is about 21 inches high. At that height his legs don;t fit under the desk. H bought a shorter gas lift cylinder from MySit for $25 so that should fix the problem if he can get it installed.
