So, I have a 2008 F350 4x4 with the 6.4 and 304,000 on it. About three years ago I replaced the OEM unit with a Boss from Crutchfield, and they said it would plug and play in my truck. Well, it had to have every single wire stripped and twisted and taped on the provided pigtails. Then the steering wheel controls didn't work, and it cost $400. Today I received the Android (10 March 22). So it is in a small generic white box that says Made in China. I opened the box and I have never seen a head unit that was two inches deep. It is small ! But it fits perfectly. It is truly made for the F series truck. Every single factory plug fit and it a good thing because there were not any directions in the box. You don't need them. Its that easy. But the steering wheel controls don't work. But its half the cost of a Boss. Time will tell how it holds up but for now my phone is Bluetoothed to it and my MP3 with FM transmitter works. My fingers never really work well on any touch screens and this unit is no different. But it fit perfectly I actually installed while on a conference call start to finish in about 30 minutes. system always defaults to full volume when turned on. tried to resolve with the company in china with no success. they tried to sucker me into a $20 refund and a pdf file to download to TRY to repair the problem. I don't trust that route as it could contaminate my computers with a virus. This was done by the way outside of Amazon in what I feel was an indirect way. Also The trigger wire from the radio was not identified so I could hook it up to the backup camera wiring. I finally figured it out after searching many utube video's on the subject. My words of wisdom is you better be quite savey if you plan on buying and installing one of these radios. My sole purpose in this purchess was for the backup camera and the Gps of which I am happy with so far. the volume issue is a real nuisance tho.

It came with everything I needed for the installation. The printed instructions were pretty vague, but it wasn't very hard to figure out. Everything fit together really well and it's been working great since I installed it. Excellent sound quality for the price. I hit one snag with configuration, but it was an overnight on my part and the seller answered my questions promptly.

I definitely would purchase again from this company because when Amazon couldn't help me, the manufacturer reached out to me, took care of the problem very quick and took care of the problem, for which I thank them very much.
