Q: How do i know this is authentic?

I think it is, but if you order direct from Young Nails on their website it is a third of the price. You just have to create an account and the polish is $10. I made the mistake of buying this here for $30. It seems the exact same as the polish I bought direct.

Q: How do you remove it to reapply a fresh coat?

Buff lightly with file and soak off with 100% acetone with cotton and foil.

Q: Can this be used as a top coat for regular polish without messing up the polish application? Like the conversion kit top coat did ?

You would have to make sure that the polish is 100% dry. But I personally wouldn't recommend it.
