I like this triphala supplement so far. The three fruits, amalaki, bibhitaki, and haritaki, are combined to support digestion and provide cleansing of the intestine. I like that they are organic and that they use parts of the whole plant and not extracts. I’ve used it once before and didn’t notice much of a difference probably because I had a problem remembering to take it three times a day as they direct (after a meal). I’m used to taking vitamins just in the morning. I will let you know what effects I notice if I can commit to the 3x pd routine.

Triphala - made from three dried fruits and considered an ayurvedic remedy for digestive issues and to reduce inflammation - has been beneficial for me as a digestive aid. I have been taking it for years. This Lifespa product has the same dosage as the other product I was using - 500 mg. These are capsules, which are more bioavailable and likely to be well absorbed by the body than the tablets I was taking before.
