High potency b complex. Only 2 sprays provides a high daily dosage of b complex. Very easy to use and great taste 😊 Definitely will be baying again.

Handy spray bottle. Taking supplement tablets gets so random and so a spray bottle is the best. I spray mine into a little water. I’m re- ordering so I must use it and like it. On the price side it’s a bit hefty and so a multi- buy of 3 ( with discount) would be good. Paying for convenience as you can certainly get good tablets much cheaper per dose.
