Amazon Brand -Eono Water Washable 3D Printer Resin, High Precision 405nm Standard Photopolymer Resin for LCD 3D Printer 500G Red Wax

I've only used one other brand of resin before this. As it seemed a good price and at the time had good reviews I thought I'd give it a shot.I didn't use it right away as I wasn't printing anything at the time but once I need it I filled up the vat and set a print going. 1st print failed to stick to the print surface. That was my fault as I didn't change the settings from the other resin brand.I did the changes and it only printed the supports and not the model. The PTFE sheet looked a little iffy anyway, so thought it was that and changed it.I tried again and it was only the supports again. Relevelled everything and 3rd time was a charm. It printed and looked really good.Now this is where it goes downhill and where I've lost faith in this brand/formula.1) I need to use 50% more supports than before meaning more resin used.2) The printed resin is very thick and the prints come out quite soft. It could be the length of exposure time but I am using the max time settings.The most resent print I've had fail was a lithophane and broke off the supports an hour in.Also this resin really does smell something bad compared to what's I've used before. Shame really as it's amazing value let dow by poor print performance.I'm going to see if I can get some prints out of it and get some value for the time spent faffing.Update: I've upped to 3 stars as I've managed to get some good prints out of it at last as long as it's not prints that need supporting.I still find the resin to be too soft and might need at least 50-60 seconds for the bottom layers and 10 on each normal layer even though 7.5 - 8 is stated on the bottle.I'll use this up but I'll go back to the brand I know well.

This stuff is not plant based at all it seems. It STINKS, reacts badly with any skin it gets on to. Can’t dispose in sink also. Nothing plant based about it unfortunately

I have the grey water washable resin and for the money it is very good. I will be buying much more of this. Details come out crisp and it cures very nicely.

From the entire bottle not a single print was successful. Tried another water washable resin afterwards with same parameters, no other changes to the printing, and all were successful.

Probably one of the best resins for me. No issues with the settings. Done a 3D scan and print exact replica. And washable with water. First class.

Amazing resin little bit on the smelly side but not to bad cleans easy in water. Print quality is amazing and sticks really well 👌

This is a great quality water based resin, which is ideal for LCD 3D printing. I got this for the hubby to use to make miniature gaming figures and he was very pleased with the results, as the detail on the prints comes out well, even with smaller figures.The printer resin is available in a range of colours to choose from, but they are quite expensive per bottle.

Had my resin printer for 18 months now and in that time ive had a couple of failures left resin in the vat for months then printed and perfect every time though but this resin every print has stuck supports print but every time it gets to the model it fails each time ive cleaned the vat started again and the same whether it be models I have sliced or models that have been presupported and also models I have printed before all fail at the supports.Will stick to a better known brand next time
