Ford by Travelers Club Flex Series 3-Piece Expandable Hybrid Spinner Luggage, Brown, Set

I was so excited to have this beautiful luggage! First time the medium-sized bag went under the plane at 3 months, it emerged with a crack! Amazon policy is 1 month. A most miserably unsatisfactory experienceBUT THEN ........according to the tag that came on the luggage, I contacted Traveler's Club with a photo of the cracked bag and a jpg of my Amazon order. Within days, they sent me a brand new replacement. They were very thoughtful and accommodating, never asking how it broke or implying that I must have done something wrong (which I did not, but I still expect companies to try and blame me to get their "out.") I would say that Traveler's Club acted in the most honorable manner possible and the only thing they suggested is that they send it ASAP (at no extra charge) so that I might have it in case I needed to travel over the holiday. They even tracked me down as I had inadvertently added an alphanumeric to my email. Traveler's Club is a model of what corporate customer service should be. I will update this review with the longer term results of this purchase but, I am sold when it comes to Traveler's Club Luggage!

I gave this set to my wife for Christmas last year. The interior has a very strong odor.She has tried unsuccessfully to air it out, to change the smell with Bounce dryer sheets and Fe-breeze to no avail. When she used it this weekend, her sweaters smelled of the odor. Has anyone else had this experience and how did you get the odor out?

Having done my due diligence and read the reviews here, I did notice that the mixed reviews indicated most problems occurred with the wheel assemblies. Other than that, folks thought this was a good choice. But if you're in the Rome airport or LAX and a wheel assembly has come apart due to cargo storage on its virgin deployment, that's quite another matter. And when it happens not just to the large 27" check-in, but the carry on as well, that's not amusing at all. The series is otherwise satisfactory and handsome. But if it carries the brand of a major vehicle company but cannot actually MOVE, well something's rotten in Ford Land.

I purchased this luggage set for my vacation. TOTALLY SUCKS! THE WHEEL CONSTANTLY STICK AND DON'T SPIN AS INDICATED. There was no smooth transition from push to pull and it would stick and the luggage would tip over and fall, twisting my arm if I didn't let go in time. It is unfortunate that the return policy expired before I got back from vacation because I WOULD HAVE NEVER KEPT THIS PRODUCT!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

NOT BUILT FORD TOUGH!!! This set of luggage cost me around $177....looks really pretty but after just a year the wheels broke off of the largest suitcase. I only went on a cruise and carried my own luggage....I'm so disappointed because I travel a lot and the mobility of the suitcases were good while they lasted and it too late to get a refund.

Had to return my first set, wheel was defective. They exchanged it and the second set is great. I have used it and have had no problems.

very nice luggage. My husband likes it as usually i get girly looking luggage that he really is not fond of. He wont mind pulling the luggage now. however i have not used it yet and i am hoping it holds up for at least 4 to 5 yrs like our last set.

This was purchased as a gift in October. Checked to return beginning of December as it broke during first trip. Was told only had one month to return...Terrible return policy....That is a lot of money down the drain! Do NOT buy!!!
