UPDATE: Stopped working after a year. It used to connect to our devices automatically, but now it stopped. Everytime I try to enter my password (which is saved in my IPhone keychain) it says I have the wrong password. I tried resetting the device to factory settings, tried changing the password on my App (which you can’t change unless you’re connected to the device) and tried calling the MightyWifi techs and emailed them, but no one answered or responded to my email. This device is good while it works, but now it’s just an EXPENSIVE paper weight:^\. Really Disappointed!I was a full-time RV’er for 6 months and thought I could just use the WiFi at our campground...WRONG!! The wifi was so congested that we could never really connect and streaming was almost impossible. We tried getting an extender and it worked to some extent, but was spotty and unreliable. Well, I bit the bullet on this little guy (it’s pretty expensive) and crossed my fingers it would work! I was so happy when I got it hooked up. It was super easy to setup on their website and just started streaming right away. I was pleasantly surprised because the campsite I was staying at, had lots of large trees so I was worried it wouldn’t be able to pick up a signal....but it found one right away. Can I say that it NEVER dropped its signal....NO! But for the most part (Appx 90% ), the signal was strong and never dropped. My only complaint, the battery doesn’t last that long before you need to plug it in and recharge it...I solved that by just continually having it plugged in while I’m streaming TV shows. Yes, it’s alittle pricey, but if your looking for reliable, protected wifi signal while traveling, this little guy is for you. By the way, the 50 gigs for 30 days is perfect for daily TV streaming!

1. Wifi won't connect after activating the device, downloading app and putting in last 7 digits of IMEI with password. It just simply does not work2. The password entry on the app lets you type only numbers. This is not secure3. customer service only ask you to leave a voice mail.4. The app and the website needs a lot of work. For example, why would one have a device activation tab visible when activation can only be done after login? This and more that I don't wan't to spend my time on...simply I won't recommend this product. I requested a refund

I was a little skeptical at first but it has been great for us! We live in a rural area and it is our only source for Internet right now. We just had an issue with it last week abd the customer service was great!!! Adam Yoo was so helpful and got us working again quickly!!

The mobile wifi service available foe my vehicle was expensive and required a monthly contract. So I got online to price wifi Hotspots and stumbled on this device.The availability to top up only when needed means I can purchase as little or as much as needed for an excellent price.I have a large family and we live in Ohio. I have taken this device on road trips to Florida beaches and the Mountains of Tennessee with no service issues at all. We have had several kids streaming YouTube and Netflix st the same time on it. My kids played their Nintendo switches while connected to it.It's impressive, affordable, flexible wifi. Exactly what I was looking for.We now use it to go play Pokémon Go or Wizards Unite as a family together. My younger children do not have cell phones yet, but can play on their tablets thanks to mighty wifi.This is the Hotspot device you are looking for.

This product does not operate in a remote areas and does not provide an option for adding a high gain antenna. We like to camp in "Primitive" settings (No Hookups) mainly at National and State Parks but need internet for research. If there is a strong cell signal at the park then this product is great. However, if there isn't a strong cell signal or you're on the edge of coverage, it fails miserably. It does not allow you to add a high gain antenna to it. This, in my humble opinion, is a serious design flaw.Again if you're at a park with a good cell signal the product is great you download info from the internet, stream movies over Netflix whatever you need with no data caps. However if there is no cell signal at your site then you are out of luck. it won't operate, it just searches until the battery goes dead. Basically at that point it's worthless and you don't have the option of getting a refund on your data plan. Too bad because I loved the concept behind this product.
