It’s so loud
This product is advertised as perfect for pet owners but it scared my rabbits half to death and me as well. It’s just far too loud for the automatic mode and there’s not much point in just having it on manual mode, I could use a regular vacuum for that

Doesn't work after only a year
Update** I contacted the company directly and explained to them that I only had it for a year and that the sensor wasn't working anymore and they replaced it out of my warranty as a courtesy for full customer satisfaction. They were very helpfulFirst it started with the Sensor being super delayed but now it doesn't work at all. I have to get really close to it in order for it to activate, and o thought maybe at first the sensor was probably compromisedwith residuefrom sweeping towards it. But now it doesn't sense anything and doesn't vacuum, nor even in manual mode. Will be contacting company for warranty since this product definitely is not cheap. I paid about $155 for this. Very disappointed.

SHOOK
I have 2 Border Collie mixes and a chronic back injury. I ry should sweep my concrete floors every day, but have always procrastinated the task due to the pickup and disposal part being difficult. Bending over with the dustpan, the dog hair tumbleweed floating out of the pan before making it to the trash, etc. is always just a lot to deal with. I've also tried stickvacs, but one of my dogs attacks them (and then turns her anxious rage on her sister, so I'm breaking up a fight every 10 seconds while attempting to vacuum). This thing has changed my life in less than a week! Not only does it eliminate the back pain caused by the bending and chasing of the furball once it's been swept together, but the noise is so short-lived that furry freeloader #1 doesn't even have time to get enraged over it.If you have pets and hard floors, back problems, or are considering this for any other reason, RUN, DON'T WALK!

Loving this thing!!
I’ve had it for a few weeks now and I just love it. I’m kind of lazy and used to just kind of sweep into a corner instead of doing the whole dustpan thing and now I just sweep over to this guy and bam! Sucks it all up! No stupid dustpan! And it holds a lot which is great in a house with a long haired dog and 2 cats with a lazy mama.

Works almost TOO well...
This item has worked so well. I keep it next to my functional fireplace/wood stove area to easily sweep up any ash or firewood chips that have spilled out to the floor. Also, with wood floors + pets + younger kids, as well as a farm yard setting, there is a constant supply of pet hair, sand/dirt, crumbs, etc. always on the floor. It is so much easier than dragging out the canister style vacuum on a daily basis, or missing those annoying lines from a dust pan that refuse to proceed beyond the edge of it. I could not use this appliance more, although my cat may have a different opinion. I originally kept it on the setting to be available at all times with motion reaction function, but after many 3 a.m. scenes of chaos from my cat meandering a little too close to it, I began to turn it off unless I was immediately using it (it is so sensitive that even a little bit of movement from random fluffballs that passed by it within a couple inches would get sucked up, so you can imagine the sudden reaction of unexpected suction even remotely close to the tail of a toe beaned companion... She would be leaving a zero star review due to assault, is all I can say lol! Also note, no, she was never harmed nor ingested by this stationary vacuum bot, just startled by the sound from her movement triggering the function to react to motion, so keep it somewhere away from your fur babies paths or keep it in the other mode, that's all!). But I absolutely recommend, it is so convenient and helpful!
