I have arthritis in my toes and it can be quite painful walking unless I have a soft cushioned insole in my shoe. These are just the job, they are quite thick so if your shoes are tight you won't be able to get these and your feet in them! Luckily I have a narrow foot so my shoes are rarely tight fitting and I find these very comfortable.The only drawback was that the cardboard template that you have to cut out to shape the insole was inaccurate. I am a size 6 and once cut the insole was marginally too short for my shoe - for the next pair I took an insole out of a shoe and used that as a template. Overall very pleased and will purchase again.

These insoles feature a low-friction woven upper surface, possibly white nylon or polyester, atop a memory-foam layer, atop a closed-cell foam substrate. The result is good stuff. About 5mm in total thickness, and it squashes down to about 2-3mm. A good combination of comfort and support. It's perforated. Good guides for trimming to size, although I went wider and that worked for me.

I ordered these as they claim to be a UK mens size 13... that is an absolute lie. The measuring card inside only goes up to 11 and these fit that 'size 11' profile yet the outside packaging says size 13. The size mismatch is proven further when comparing them to the insoles of my size 13 shoes they were meant to replace. These are at least 2 sizes smaller. They are also extremely narrow so even if they did fit length wise, they wouldn't fit width wise. A total waste of time. If you're after UK size 13 insoles, do not buy these.

Please be aware It says this us for a pair but it us actually only 1 insole even though it says a pair on the packet aswell. Expensive for just one and unsure why anyone would want just 1.

Bought these to replace original insoles on a pair of boots. Quality great. Feel fab. Dropped one star as I was about to cut insole as per template supplied. However decided to use existing insole. And good job I did as the template size was a lot smaller. So careful when cutting out to suit your size
