This is of course a molded glass dish, but it reminds me of a cut glass one my grandmother had when I was young. I have no idea where that one went, but this one brings back memories. I'll give it to my wife as a birthday gift, since she also enjoys things like this.The dish seems well-made, with no real mold lines or flaws, and it comes well-padded in styrofoam packing. It's a fun dish for colorful hard candies, or maybe as a ring or jewelry dish, for display in a china cabinet, or a variety of other uses.
