Our Brother HL-L3270CDW indicated it needed a black toner replacement so we bought this set figuring the rest of the colors weren't far behind. The black cartridge went in and was recognized without any problems. A couple months later when the printer indicated the yellow was out we put that one in and it failed to be recognized. Tried multiple reseats, cleaned the contacts on the chip and sensor, even moved the chip from the OEM cartridge to the replacement, all without success. A simple email to Colorking with a copy of the receipt and description of the problem and they simply asked for an address to send the replacement to. Got it today and it was recognized first try.The prints are a bit lower quality than the OEM catridges, but barely. Text documents there's no difference that we've seen. Given that this full set with 2 black cartridges cost what just 1 OEM cartridge would cost and the way the company stands behind the product, I can't see how anyone could have an issue.

Bought this pack of toner for my Brother printer and was initially impressed - when replacing first the black then the yellow toner, they worked perfectly as expected. But when the magenta toner needed replacing, it did not work and I had to order a single magenta toner separately.Great value if you're lucky enough to get working tonerUpdated from 1-star: Received good customer support after poor quality in one of the 5 toner cartridges in a pack. Bought these as a test against the much higher priced OEM toner replacements. Want to see if they last as long and printed as well without any issues. So far this has been a great product for a much lower price. We will be switching more of our toner orders over to this brand.

I am updating my review because of good customer service. After the problems I ran into, they reached out to me to see how they could correct the situation. I really appreciate that. As I said in my initial review, this is the second set of cartridges that I have used from this company and all the other cartridges have been fine. The print quality is good and I have had no issue with compatibility. I have two more black cartridges remaining and I have no problem using them.-----------------------------------This was the second set of these toner cartridges that we bought. The first set worked wonderfully, as well as the magenta from this set. Last night we installed the cyan cartridge and it worked fine for a couple of pages. It then started leaving blue streaks down the page that got heavier as we printed more pages. When we removed the cartridge to check, we found toner all along the cartridge as well as a good amount in the bottom of the printer.I like saving money, but not at the expense of reliability.
