Excellent cooling, low noise, great performance
Excellent. The MEK Hero G1 A5837 met or exceeded my expectations. First it was well packed, with a large foam insert protecting the graphics card so it didn't get banged around during shipping. It started right up. Windows said it wasn't activated and it wasn't obvious how to do that, so a quick email to support resulted in a fast reply giving me the command to find the Windows product key which worked with activation. The keys to a gaming machine are making sure it doesn't overheat but that cooling it doesn't generate a ton of fan noise. The Mek has eight fans in it - three at the front, one at the back, as well as two on the graphics card and two on the CPU liquid cooler. I've monitored temperatures during gameplay and GPU and all CPU cores run cool, maxing out at no more than 70C. The fans are relatively quiet and not noticeable above the usual volume of gameplay. So excellent cooling with low noise. For expansion there are two open DIMM slots and two open PCIE slots, although one of them would put a PCIE card very close to the graphics card fan so it may not be the best choice. The only minor con I've noticed is although there are a ton of USB ports, there is no USB C. This is a nit because USB A to C cables are readily available. Also it would be possible to add a cheap PCIE USB C card if necessary. In summary I'm delighted with the Mek, and my one minor interaction with their support team was positive.

Seems ok but support is less than stellar.
Just bought this. Seems like a nice box.Two issues:First, it would have been nice to place stickers over legacy ports (Video) which don't work. It's fine they don't work (use the graphics cards ports instead) but setup would have been easier without having to go through all the docs.Second, their web site has no downloads available for this model. Just a spec sheet. Had to contact support to get a link for the correct version of Firestorm (Graphics card configuration/monitoring software) and then I had to grab an MSI app from Windows Store for LED control. Would have been better to have all this info in one place.

a BIT over priced, and wished all my RGBs worked. But Great computer!
I took a video of the unboxing, I purchased this gaming computer on may 4... I am very happy, I received everything presented to me, but I'm a bit disappointed, since two of the RGB lights are not working on the computer. I have looked up several YouTube videos on how to turn them on, and wondered if it might have been, just a wiring error and to my disappoint no.. Minor not major overall I am happy with the pc.

Disappointed with RGB
Overall, I’m fairly happy with this build. Got it on sale during cyber money for $1500, which is a great deal for the components provided. For the normal price of $1900, I would consider it a little over priced. But, my biggest issue (and why I can’t rate it higher), is the fact that you cannot change or customer the RGB! It sounds minor, but when its filling your office with light, being able to dim or edit the color pattern to irritate your eyes a little less would be nice.

Runs great, easy to set up. Good first prebuilt computer.
I’ve had this computer for about 2 months. So far, I haven’t run into a single issue.Gets 150+ frames at 1080 on pretty much any game. I mostly game at 1080 & 1440 and have been seriously impressed with the performance.
