Really Great Food Gluten Free Banana Bread Mix 19 oz (Pack of 3)

Although this didn't taste like "real" Irish soda bread to me, it was delicious and many of our guests for St. Patrick's Day, who did not need to eat gluten free, chose to eat it instead of the "real" Irish soda bread. It is sweeter than most soda bread, and has a more cake-like texture, but it a delicious treat, especially when you add raisins. Highly recommended.

Best Irish soda bread I've had GF or not. Taste like cake flour and baked like one.
