I originally rated this product as a one star product. The reason being I received the wrong template for these labels and ended up ruining my labels. After my first review, the company emailed me with the correct template and offered to send replacements. Two days later the company actually called me to discuss my dissatisfaction with the product. Not only did they send me more than enough replacement labels, but the fact that they took time to call me to correct this error. Because of this personal and excellent customer service, this company has a client for life. I really appreciated how nice and professional this was handled. They treated me as if I was their only customer and really valued my time and business.So for those of you who have stated that the template does not match the labels, please give this contact them and let them know. There is nothing wrong with the labels. It is super easy to add an image, text and print! You will have customized labels in a matter of minutes. After I received the correct template, I was able to print personalized labels for my business with ease. I will be ready to distribute personalized chapstick for the next promo event this coming weekend. I am ever so appreciative of the service I received. I am so used to companies not treating customers fairly. It was refreshing to be treated with care.If you buy these labels, you will not be sorry. You will absolutely love them and you will be dealing with a professional company who backs its product! Very Happy and Pleased.

The media could not be loaded. Really easy to use and the colors looked really good on the paper I printed out, thank goodness it also came a long with a test sheet to test if the prints came out right because I accidentally printed it out on the wrong side, I bought these for my baby shower next weekend and the instructions they sent were easy to follow and very helpful! My chapsticks came out really good and super cute and I am very happy with the product.

These labels are great! I had no trouble printing them with my inkjet printer. The company emailed me a template which included instructions on how to use the template. I have a mac. I opened the pdf file into illustrator and added my graphic. Hit print and it was perfect on the first try. Great quality stickers. Thank you!

3 stars because of the template. I have a Mac but I don't have Adobe Pro and you'll need it if you want to make any adjustments at all. I don't sell lip balm professionally so I don't want to pay for Adobe. I was able to find a free template online that used Word, and that worked great. The labels themselves are fine. They are easy to use, and I like the tab. They go on very easy too. If the template had worked for me, I would have given 4 stars. I will use these labels again since I now have the right template. You can see attached pictures.

Product didn’t come with proper instructions. Just said to email the provider, and only provided 2 software instructions. Ended up destroying all of the adhesives printing them wrong.

I had a difficult time with the labels. Pressed with time, I had to go to Office Depot and had them to print me some labels. The lip balm was fine.

I used the labels on my homemade lip balms and the labels worked great. they where easy to apply to the tube, and it was easy to write on the labels using Microsoft Word. All around great product.

Don't waste your money, they send you a code, but it's only good for one month. One month! I am a very busy person. I used two of the sheets and waited to use the other two at a later time. I did not realize I only had 30 days. I will not be purchasing these again. I contacted customer service about the issue and they never responded. How frustrating!!!!!The labels themselves are wonderful, they fit perfectly. But the hoops that are needed to get them printed properly are not worth my business towards this company. I will look elsewhere!!!
