Do not order - will arrive like this
I was hopeful when ordering this as I have left it late to get one but it had arrived like this. I simply cannot put it together. Very disappointing. Unable to get refund.

Two out of three boxes all broken
Only one box survived Amazon delivery. Yep others were broken into pieces so no way you could decorate. House that survived was okay but no base which made it tricky.
