My husband can't be without this! He puts it on everything!

I bought this sausc because my local stores no longer carry it. I love to put it on sandwiches and tacos. It is spicy but not too much. It enhances the flavor of food without over whelming it. I highly recommend it.

I love the creamy garlic and hatch flavor of this sauce. It’s not too hot and goes well with almost everything. The only problem is, I bought a three pack and one came opened with no cap for the top. That’s a bummer for $11 a bottle.

One of the three bottles had exploded / been opened. We'd like a replacement or a refund for the one that was defective.

I love the flavor of this hot sauce, but it's not very spicy. It's listed as medium hot on their website, but it's definitely more of a mild sauce. I mainly use it as a sandwich spread, but I also like it on fish and chicken, both grilled and fried. It's great on burgers too, but particularly good on a burger with grilled onions and mushrooms. I've used it as a dip for french fries, chicken wings, fried mushrooms, and jalapeno poppers with great results. It makes tuna salad amazing and deviled eggs too. It's also pretty good on fresh green beans and asparagus and I'm looking forward to trying it with artichokes but haven't gotten around to it yet.Four stars only because of the ridiculous price. $11.82 each plus shipping puts the total over $40 for three small bottles. You can buy it directly from the manufacturer's website for $6/ea or a variety pack of 7 for $38. I see no reason why this Amazon seller is selling them for literally twice as much. I get mine at Kroger's for $4.59/ea and I thought THAT was pricey for the amount you get. I'll just have to keep getting it at Kroger until the seller (Better Warehouse) gets their act together.
