Dufour Puff Pastry Dough, 14 Ounce - 10 per case.

This is by far the highest quality puff pastry available. It would be nice if it was possible to purchase it in smaller quantities (which used to be possible), but it survives in the freezer for a few months, so it just means lots of nice pastries for the family.

This is the best commercial puff pastry that I've tried. It's so close to my homemade that it saves so much time. It even feels like mine.

Made with butter, this puff pastry is excellent and will save you a lot of work. I defrost it the day before in the fridge. Will buy it again and totally recommend it

This is the very best puff pastry. I use it for all my tarte tatin, pizza and veggie tarts. Its made with only 4 ingredients (unlike other puff pastry products) and that means it tastes great. It freezes well, and is pre-folded so once unfolded, it lines a swiss roll tin perfectly with no rolling out. Buy this product now - its so worth it. YUM!!

This is the best premade puff pastry that I have ever used. I first learned about this product 18 years ago when I was in cooking school in CA. I have also made my own and can attest that Dufour uses fresh ingredients, including butter, which is one of the key ingredients in puff pastry.
