Comes With a Remote
The remote control is perfect! I can change the settings from my back deck and not have to go to the unit in the garden. Im not sure if the ultrasonic option really works, but I use it during the day. The siren and lights worked the first night. No more missing vegetables!!

Keeps pests out of the garden
It does have limited motion detection but they scared off the wild turkeys as we hoped it would. The sound was loud enough to send them running

These units do not work.
The instructions on how to set the unit up to detect motion and trigger its alarm are more than poor. It takes experimentation to set it up, and after several hours of trial and error. I could only get one of the three units that I ordered to alarm on movement. After spending over $100.00, I do not have alarms that will scare off deer or other small animals

Work well
These keep the deer away from my plants. They don’t seem to bother the rabbits, but work well for deer.

Cool if you can figure out how to use it and keep it charged
Nice, loud alarm, bright lights! Instruction manual written by Common Core Educated folks but once you figure it out, works great. Ended my issue with deer eating my flowers! UPDATE 09/17/24. Just found my hibiscus plant massacred by the deer, along with several other plants! I was going to order a couple new alarms when I saw deer had eaten all my morning glories around the corner from my alarm when I went to water the plant bed with the alarm to find 3 plants eaten to the stems and the alarm battery dead. Couple of cloudy days and I didn't think to check...NOT ACCEPTABLE.

not even water resistant! Doesn't last in environment it is intended for.
Bought this last year after a woodchuck ate all the bean plants in my garden despite a well secured fence. Seemed to detect motion and activate the alarm when I was nearby, but not sure if it kept any critters away. Stored it indoors for the winter. In the spring I charged it up and hoped it would protect the garden. Weeks later found hundreds of tiny ants going in and out of the unit, and discovered one of the motion sensors was not correctly installed in the slot, leaving a gap for ants and water to get in. Saw a squirrel climbing the garden fence to eat the bean seeds, undeterred if the sensor was even detecting it and sounding the ultrasonic alarm. It started to not detect motion as well even after trying to fully charge it with the AC adapter. Took it apart to remove the ants and assemble it correctly. Came home from vacation to find the garden eaten and the unit not working. Shook lots of water out of it, and it does not even charge or work with the AC adapter. Circuit board had water on it and lots of dirt inside the unit, so probably shorted out and broke. Asking for a replacement under warranty. If I get it, I intend to use caulk and/or tape to seal seams around the sensors and between the two plastic pieces to hopefully get more than a few months of use out of it. Should not be that hard for them to make it more water resistant to begin with!

Broke after less than a month - but refund was prompt
This worked great for about a month and then died.Update: although I wrote this review many months after purchase, the seller immediately responded with an offer to refund the purchase. They promptly refunded. So, while the product didn't last, I commend them for doing the right thing!

nice sensor alarm with remote control.
- There are a few of these Alarm types that’s selling on Amazon and while they operate on the same principle, not all of them have the same feature. What’s typical about these ones is that it has a solar panel to help charge the battery and on the back, there is a round plug and you could charge it via the included cable that has usb on the other end.- What’s different from this than the ones that I have already is that it has a remote control which you can change the mode via the remote without even the need to get to the unit. This model has 4 modes: Lights & sirens (24hr or night time only), or Lights only (24hr or night time only). Overall, this is a nice alarm that has remote ability that stands out from other sensor alarms of similar design.

Simple but Effective
This is a useful device that works as described. You can set it run for 24 hours or night time only. Motion triggers the alarm and you can choose from a. combination of flashing lights and sirens. The siren is quite loud - certainly loud enough to get your attention or startle unwanted visitors. On the downside the instructions aren’t very clear, the remote is far from intuitive and the sensors are not adjustable so you can’t really refine the detection area. But for the price it does what it says it will do and is a fairly low cost security deterrent.

Decent Motion alarm to scare away unwanted guests with lights and alarm sound
HULPPRE Solar Outdoor Motion Sensor Alarm 129db Loud Siren Lamp Noise Maker 4 Working Modes Strobe Light with Remote,Say Goodbye to The IntrudersThere are 4 modes on this: You can either choose 24hrs or just at night, and just lights or lights and alarm sound.I thought maybe you could make it go off by pressing a button, but the buttons on the remote are those same 4 choices. The sensor looks like a camera so intruders would see the lights flashing and assume there is a camera there as well, so hopefully will leave your property. It's nice to have solar power so you can put it up and forget about it, but also nice to have the USB-C as a backup way of charging it.
