Excellent product. Took a little longer than I'd like ...
Excellent product. Took a little longer than I'd like for it to be delivered. But this brand is the one to get if you need a top sublingual "total B" complex.

Fast absorbtion & potent
This is a great sublingual formula and fast absorbing. So fast that if my mom over does a dose her skin turns a little red around her neck. You have to be good at counting the drops as they go under your tongue and be ok with holding a very potent vitamin beet like taste under your tongue as it absorbs. Its not bad tasting once your body gets use to the formula. Good for energy.

Disgusting. It tastes horrible
This works - so I'll give it two stars. However, I will never, ever order it again - it totally stained my teeth. Disgusting. It tastes horrible, leaves a disgusting coating in the mouth and on the tongue, and no, it doesn't seem to be much better using a straw or mixing it in juice. I do prefer to take vitamins in liquid form when possible, but not this stuff. I'd recommend Country Life B-complex, or Swanson's Activated B complex. This was just awful in so many ways.
