Love this sign! It is outside, in a VERY humid environment...and has yet to show anything weathering. It feels like a pressed wood or laminate material...so not real wood. However, it has served its purpose and people have taken off their shoes when entering the rental home...which has resulted in a significant decline in stains on carpets within the home. And it's price point is more than reasonable. It costs less for a sign than it does to professionally carpet clean. I recommend purchasing this product!

I spent a while trying to decide on which “remove your shoes” sign to buy for our front door. We just installed new carpet and there will soon be a new baby in the house, so I wanted to get rid of outside shoes in the house. I love the simple and pretty design of the sign and how the focus is on the word REMOVE! Since that is what they will need to do. It’s a very lightweight sign and I feel that the string will hold up nicely. It’s also a good size so that’s it’s noticeable to people at the door. I put it up with a zip tie and it worked just fine. If you’re thinking of getting this sign, I’d recommend it
