Energy to spare
Strong flavor a little after taste but it has been doing it's job in boosting my metabolism. No after lunch energy loss.

Great product, bitter taste
The taste was terrible but seemed to work well. I tried taking straight from the dropper. Horrible, bitter then diluting with water in a drinking mug still nasty. I had to drink a half of bottled water to get rid of the taste. I decided after two weeks that I wanted the pill version, which works well but no bitter taste
