Yes, there are three presets, (A, B, and C). One can customize and save these. I hope this helps.

Not sure why this will not work well in a live performance. Like with anything adjust your gains properly and you'll be fine.

Hi Talent Chin. I bought my Boss VE-5 White in 2013 from Amazon. A clip to a mic stand was included in the price but not a power adapter.
