This item, within 10 minutes had caused blistering. I was able to get 9 miles in wearing gloves but even my gloves were hard to navigate around these grips. They looked so sweet but I cannot recommend them for even the toughest hands. I use a shovel daily fyi.

Comfortable for paddling. Easy to adjust. Good grip and good placement for fingers. Have used for about 4 weeks for lake paddling 3-4 times per week. Would buy again.

Although they were easy to put on, the material is rough and caused a blister.
