Cautiously optimistic
Had a 9 inch ruptured seam on a inflatable paddle board. Used Hh66 glue & 1 layer of this. It has held up to multiple uses at full pressure(including bashing rocks) over this summer & repeated rolling/packing.

EDIT: HH66 glue works, but high(er) heat can affect the bond.
EXCERPT FROM MY ORIGINAL REVIEW.When I received the black patch strips it felt to me like Hypalon material. There were some comments in reviews about vinyl patch glue not working. That made me concerned. I decided to perform a test patch with 2 strips. For prep I sanded the black strips and wiped them down with Toluene. After some dry time I brushed on HH66 glue and waited 7 minutes. I followed with a 2nd brush coat and 7 minute dry time. The last HH66 brush coat was allowed to get tacky at which time I pressed the two pieces together. I rolled them a bit for compression and allowed them to sit overnight (12+ hours). The next day I used the unglued tabs to try to tear the patches apart. The patches held firm. ... UNTIL THE GEUNTECH MATERIAL TEST PATCHES WERE IN THE SUN A FEW DAYS LATER.Sept. 15, 2023 UPDATE.By coincidence, the test patches were on a work table in the hot sun. I needed a double thick patch so I figured the GEUNTECH test patch would work. I was surprised to find that the previously tightly glued pieces pulled right apart. I set the pieces in a cool place and about an hour later the test patches were again holding against being pulled a part.My thoughts.Whatever the GEUNTECH black material is, it didn't seem to allow the typical chemical bond that HH66 cement creates with other vinyl and PVC. The glue made a mechanical bond that weakened when heated by the sun. The Sea Eagle PVC boat was also upside down in the sun. The black GEUNTECH material floor patches softened the same as the test patch bond. Other patches using the HH66 cement and a gray PVC patch material didn't soften in the sun. The chemical bond remained stable. So the problem wasn't with my HH66 cement. Black material is typically used for floor patches. Floor patches will likely not be exposed to direct sunlight that result in high(er) heat. I would avoid using the black patch material on pressure tube repairs that might sit in the direct sunlight. As an aside, it is best to use black material for external floor patches. My Florida waters experience shows that light gray external floor patches create accelerated biological growth vs black color materials.

No adhesive!!
Instructions say “apply glue” and none is included. Worse, the material isn’t self-stick. Returning this waste of time.

About 2 inches wide
The items are only about 2 inches wide but will be good for small holes. And the black matches my black on my inflatable 2 man boat.
