Simply the best!!
The item was well packed. Installation & set up was easy (though I feel some people might confuse themselves between mobile app Alexa and the Alexa in Echo device). Both has separate settings even in terms of language, so set it up accordingly. Device works pretty well and it does address your queries. Music is great, especially after Bass is turned on. Tips for Bass lovers: The option is set to zero by default. You may increase the Bass and other sound settings inside the mobile app (and by choosing echo device option inside the app). Loud enough for bigger area like living room. No complaints and well satisfied. Loving the device.

Simply a great product far better build quality & sound to that of its previous generations.Several new features including the clock & having the ability to connect to other devices to play music at the same time.Purchased during a sale in the UAE for a fraction of the cost of the U.K.

Novelty hasn't worn off
Our family absolutely loves these units. We use it for general queries, news, shopping lists, timing, and more. But the most useful feature for us is the drop in feature where we can communicate with each other from different rooms or even from work (or elsewhere) to home using the other Echo units or the Alexa app. Will purchase more for other rooms in the home.

Product is great but bear in mind installing Alexa in some cases requires some fiddling around
It's a great device with excellent audio quality for the size. Has great features and looks quite nice. But bear in mind the installation of Alexa might not be simple for some. For what worked for me at the end was freeing up alot or storage space on my device. If this doesn't work try installing Alexa using another device like an iPad. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and great value for money to incorporate into the smart home ecosystem
