I tried these once from my local supermarket, and became hooked. They're hard to find though!! So I looked them up, and they end up being a better deal here than buying them at my local grocery store.They're incredibly versatile, and a go-to for all my noodle cravings while being GF. They have a great texture, taste, and there's a good amount in each box.

Just what I was looking for

I can't eat wheat or any other cereal except for rice. I was so happy when I found these rice noodles. I am able to eat them without any issues. As I can't have any of the usual Asian spices that go with them, I just add some olive oil and I like the flavor the absorbs from the oil. It takes a few trial-and-error discoveries to find the perfect cooking time and conditions for the noodle not to end up sticky and not good looking. I like to add marinara sauce with ground beef, and I enjoy the taste. I also like to cook the thin noodles in chicken soups. I always buy the package with 6 boxes as they are very difficult to find in stores in my area.
