The Emulsion dissolves nicely in your mouth. Do not brush your teeth after because that will limit its effectiveness. I brush my teeth first then apply the emulsion each night before going to bed as part of my nightly regimen.

Q: Are the results permanent??? And how long do the results last?

The results are not permanent. Even if you were to have professional whitening through a cosmetic (Zoom procedure by a dentist) 5 years MAX. With Crest Emulsions or professional Whitening Strips, the results last 3/4/6/9 months tops. Results vary depending on the person. Emulsions provide temporary brightness for your smile. Nothing is permanent. If you drink coffee, eat dark berries or consume acidic or dark (foods/drinks) your teeth will obviously darken (again) over time.
