I highly recommend this product. The quality is outstanding and I received a week before it was expected. I love the encouraging words in each picture slot and especially the poem in the senior picture section. This was a gift for my daughter whose son is starting kindergarten this year and she absolutely loves it! I will be buying another one for grandson number two!!!

Arrived on time exactly as ordered. Quality is excellent. I love this frame and will cherish my child’s yearly s hoop pictures in it for years to come.I only wish the back fasteners were a bit more reinforced.

I love this frame! I was worried the slots would be too small for the pictures but they fit perfectly. There was a problem with the mat so I contacted the seller. They responded the next morning and sent a replacement mat immediately. I definitely recommend this.

I made a mistake on the name and got an email right away to verify it. The frame was packed with great care but arrived just a few days after ordering. Ordered two personalized frames from Northland Co. Both arrived within a week of order & are just as described! First frame had no damage but second one had minor damage/splintered wood. Contacted Northland’s customer service via email, sent photos of damage, they replied with 24 hours, & sent a replacement frame immediately at no cost to me.

This frame is beautifully made. A quality product to preserve your most precious memories! It looks great with my son's first few years' school pictures in it. I look forward to filling it year after year. It is also great that you could customize it with your child's name. My son is very happy to see his name on the frame! The customer service is also wonderful. The frame arrived with a little chip on the corner. I sent customer service an email and got prompt response. After evaluating the damage, they sent me a replacement frame for free! I highly recommend this product.
